Racketball Equipment

The sport of racketball originally came from America, but this sport has become more increasingly popular here in the UK in the last few years. Racketball is played in a squash court, but unlike squash the racket is of a larger size as is the ball, this allows for a faster game. Racketball equipment basically consists of a rubber ball which is 57mm in diameter, this ball is very dynamic, as it's very bouncy! - which makes the game far more interesting. The other piece of equipment that is necessary is of course the racket itself and this should be no longer than 22 inches. An essential item of racketball equipment is to have is eye guards, whilst these are not mandatory to wear when playing recreational racketball, it is advised, as you will otherwise run the risk of being hit in the eye, and this can potentially cause severe eye damage.
